     We collect the following information when you register, book a service, or interact with the Customer App:

     • Location data (for service discovery and logistics)

     • Communication Records:
       • The Customer App includes AI-based voice (which uses theMicrophone) and chat capabilities to capture your service requirements.
       • Voice recordings are processed in real-time but are not stored permanently.
       • However, text transcripts of the voice interactions and chat messages are stored to facilitate service fulfillment, quality monitoring, and support.
  2. From Vendors/Partners (via Partner App)

     We collect the following business and personal information from vendors when they register or update their profile:

     • Business name and owner details
     • GST number and business license information
     • Business address and service locations
     • Services offered and pricing details
     • Business photographs, logos, documents, and certifications
     • Bank account details (for payouts)
     • KYC details (such as Aadhaar/PAN if applicable)
     • Location data (to assign and manage bookings)

• Pages visited, time spent on the Platform, and other usage statistics.
