These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Exavi Apps, which include the Exavi and the Exavi Partner (collectively referred to as the “Exavi Apps”), operated by Gigascape Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office at : Prema Narayana Enclave, 3rd Floor, Plot No.6, 4th A Cross, B. Channasandra, Kasturi Nagar- ORR, Bangalore-43 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company“,"we“,"us“ or "our“).
By accessing or using any part of the Exavi Apps, users (both customers and partners) agree to be bound by these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using the Exavi Apps, users agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use the apps.
The Exavi Apps serve as a marketplace platform connecting customers with vendors(partners) offering services such as (but not limited to) vehicle servicing, movers and packers, catering, and event photography. Additional service categories may be added at the sole discretion of the Company.
Customers can use AI-enabled tools on the app to define their service needs. Based on proprietary AI mapping algorithms, relevant vendors(partners) are notified of the request. Vendors(partners) provide quotes and any additional supporting info and customers can then choose to engage with vendors(partners) as per their preferences.
Vendors(partners) are independent service providers who list their offerings on the platform. The Company does not employ, manage, or control vendors(partners) in any way. Vendors(partners) are solely responsible for:
While the Company makes reasonable efforts to verify vendors(partners) during onboarding and provides AI-based mapping to improve service relevance, it does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or reliability of the services rendered by vendors(partners).

Customers and vendors(partners) interact at their own risk. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of Vendor listings or Customer requests.
The Company offers on-call customer support to assist with issues related to service quality, payments, or communication breakdowns. However:
All payment disputes, refunds, or claims must be initiated by the users directly with the other party involved, with the Company offering only advisory assistance where possible.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Exavi Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
